REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs subscription purchases for Movebrief.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Movebrief provides access to digital software services and analytics tools. No physical goods are sold.

Because access to the Service is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are limited as described below.


2. Subscription Billing

Subscriptions may be billed:

  • Monthly, or
  • Annually

Billing occurs in advance for the subscription period selected.

By subscribing, you authorize Movebrief (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until your subscription is canceled.

Subscription pricing and features may change at any time, but changes will not affect the current billing period already paid for.


3. No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods

Unless otherwise stated below:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for:

    • Partial billing periods
    • Unused time
    • Downgrades during an active billing cycle
    • Failure to cancel before renewal

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • Access to paid features will end when the current subscription period expires

Canceling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund.


5. Discretionary Refunds

Movebrief may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in limited circumstances, including:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical errors preventing access to paid features
  • Billing system malfunctions

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

Approval of refunds is not guaranteed.


6. AI Feature Availability

Certain features of the Service rely on artificial intelligence systems and third-party service providers.

While we strive to provide reliable functionality, AI-powered features may occasionally experience issues, including but not limited to:

  • Third-party AI provider outages (for example, OpenAI service disruptions)
  • API failures or degraded performance from external providers
  • Delayed or incomplete AI responses
  • Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or infrastructure issues
  • Model limitations that produce inaccurate or incomplete results

These issues may be outside the Company’s control.

Temporary interruptions, inaccuracies, or limitations of AI-generated features do not automatically qualify for refunds.


7. No Refunds for Trading Losses

Movebrief is a financial analytics software tool.

We do not provide financial advice, and we are not responsible for investment outcomes.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Trading losses
  • Investment decisions
  • Portfolio performance
  • Market volatility
  • Dissatisfaction with financial results

All trading decisions are made at your own risk.


8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account
  • Access to the Service may be revoked
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding balances

We strongly encourage contacting support before initiating a dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue.


9. Payment Processor

Payments are processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor.

When refunds are approved, they will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
